Phoenix Technical Services Division has developed one of the most comprehensive service offerings in the information technology industry today to ensure that the availability of customers information systems is always maximised.  Phoenix Servicecare Gold card customers will be given access to a proactive and articulate technical service team who have a plethora of industry standard qualifications and are focused on customer care.

Each Servicecare Gold user is issued with a service credit card with a unique personal identification number which is activated when you select the support required by returning the registration form.

What does ServiceCare Gold Cover?

Help Desk Support
Servicecare Gold Help Desk Support is the latest introduction to our comprehensive technical service portfolio.  This service provides instant professional technical advice on application and operating system software in conjunction with hardware fault diagnosis.

On verification of your Contract ID, you will be informed of the number of credits available on your card which relates to the service pack procured and the number of previous incidents registered.  A new call log will then be entered which will entitle you to receive support from professional software and hardware analysts on virtually every major software application and operating system.

On-Site Server Maintenance
This mission critical environment receives a 4 hour or 8 hour on-site support with various options covering hardware, operating systems software and total system recovery.  Included in this service will be an annual health check to establish system performance, which will encompass good working practices.

On-Site PC Maintenance
PC Servicecare Gold will provide a fix within a 4 hour or 8 hour period subject to the preferred option. If the repair is likely to take longer than the agreed time, a loan machine will be provided.

Advanced Replacement Printer Maintenance
Phoenix Technical Services provides a unique, cost effective and hassle-free printer support agreement which provides a loan printer of equivalent capability next day while we collect and repair your faulty printer.

On verification of the ID number by our call centre, we will arrange to collect your faulty printer an despatch a loan printer to ensure your printing requirements are operational the following day.  On completion of the repair we will despatch your repaired printer and collect the loan equipment.  This service has been designed to eliminate toner disbursement within your office environment and to avoid difficult diagnosis over the phone which can mean engineers arrive with the incorrect components, delaying your printing requirements for a further day.

Welcome to Servicecare Gold on-site maintenance program which ensures that this mission critical environment receives a 4 hour or 8 hour on-site response.  Phoenix will fix a hardware component problem on-site within the specified time, or provide loan equipment in the case of repairs that will take longer.  The UK mainland field service ensures minimum downtime and reduces disruption to your organisation.

Servicecare Gold 4 Hour Or 8 Hour Hardware Fix
Phoenix Technical Service division can guarantee these fast and effective service levels due to our controlled service delivery through our call centre management and escalation system.  This provides timely and appropriate corrective action by the highly trained and professional field service team who are equipped with a comprehensive suite of diagnostic tools to assist with fault rectification.

Servicecare Gold Server System Recovery And Health Check
In addition to hardware support, you can also obtain server operating system recovery support which will focus on minimising the downtime of your server in the event of complete system failure.  This support covers re-installation of your system to operational levels by fixing the hardware, reinstallation of the operating system and reinstalling your latest backup.  This service also includes an annual health check which serves to provide an investigation and report on the current operating levels of your server and identifies potential areas of improvement.  The health check will also report on such areas as available disk space, data backup and software configuration to assist you with your management of the organisation’s network infrastructure.

ServiceCare Gold - Desktop Maintenance

Servicecare Gold On-Site PC Maintenance
Phoenix has a UK mainland field service engineering capability which provides a comprehensive range of responses to suit your company’s requirements.  These services are available across a wide range of leading manufacturers hardware.

Phoenix will fix a hardware problem on-site within a specified time or provide loan equipment in the case of repairs that will take longer.

The service provides a 4 hour or 8 hour on-site response on desktop and tower computers.  To deliver these high service levels we constantly update our parts and loan stock.

Each Servicecare Gold user is issued with a service credit card with a unique personal identification number which is activated when you select the support required and return the registration form.  On verification of this ID number by our call centre we will agree an appointment within the response time you selected and despatch a field engineer with parts and loan equipment to ensure a successful conclusion to the call.  One hour after the engineer has left site the call centre will confirm that you are satisfied and close the call, or escalate any service issues.  This proactive communication means calls are only closed by you, the customer, when you are totally happy.

This rapid response service is designed to minimise disruption and eliminates expensive one-off call based contracts which often have inconsistent fix times.

All Phoenix service engineers are trained by the manufacturers or by our in-house product specific trainer.  Regular review meetings and our on-going training programme means that all Phoenix field service engineers are fully conversant with all approved products.
