Placing your Order

Once you are ready to place your order, click on the Checkout link from the top menu.

Here you will see the invoice address is already complete but you will need to enter your Name (Originator Name field) and set the delivery address if different from the Invoice address, you have the ability to enter a room number of where the order is to be delivered to, alternatively use na.

You can now enter any special instructions for the delivery in the field provided,

You will need to enter an order reference of some description in the Customer Order Ref box.

Once you see the confirmation screen, your order has been placed with us and will be dealt with as quickly as possible. From here you can also make a note of the order number or print the order out so you have a full summary of your order details and equipment, you will also receive an e-mail containing the order information.

Advanced Help

There is a search box situated top right of the website, results here are shown from any manufacturer part code entered and anything in the product's short description will return results.

Example: You are searching for a Sony notebook, you may or may not know the model or part number browsing to the Notebook category and then selecting Sony from the manufacturer list would greatly narrow your searching.

Searching for Sony laptop would not return anything as this is not mentioned, searching for any of the text in blue would bring this particular product up (and any others with the same description).

When browsing a category or search results you can refine this further by using some of the sort by's or the manufacturer menu

You can sort the results by price, manufacturer and stock levels. You can also set how many results are shown per page from 10 - 100.

Select a manufacturer from the manufacturers drop down menu situated top left of the web

Results now shown will only contain the manufacturer you selected until you browse to another category or start another search.
